We have just come back from a week at the hotel 23rd October, very quiet, you really need a car to explore the area, beach very close. Nothing going on in the hotel this time of the year may be better in the season.
We were disappointed with our apartment as it overlooked the roof and the hotel extractor fans were running so could not have door open or sit out for long due to the noise, would have understood if hotel hade been full.
Staff were friendly and room cleaned every day, would not return to this location as just abit too quiet for us, but ideal if you just want to relax.

We travelled to Albufeira in spring 2008, two adults and one six year old. The location of this hotel is a bit secluded, (in a suburb) away from the action downtown. A shuttle bus was available daily to and from the downtown core, which was roughly a 15 minute drive. Walking would not be an option, which was a bit disappointing. There is not much around the hotel, besides other hotels and condos. We were glad to have rented a car for week number 2 to say the least. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and nightly entertainment provided. There are swimming classes in the indoor pool and the ocean is a two minute walk from the hotel. All in all, would stay there again and recommend it to seniors and families with access to a vehicle.

I've just arrived back from a 4 night break here, arrived at 11.30am and room was ready, rooms nice size with balcony and towels changed everyday. We stayed on an All Inclusive basis and the food & drinks were nice, ice creams around the pool were included. The rooms had a kitchen area for self caterring which was well equipped. Beach just a 5 minute walk, not much else near the hotel, went to Albufeira 1 night whichcost €13 to get there and the same to get back, the hotel runs a free bus 3 times a day.

If you are after a relaxing break,taking things at your own pace, this is for you.Lovely hotel,staff very friendly and helpful,rooms cleaned everyday.The beaches are gorgeous and just a short walk from the hotel as is a supermarket.There is a free bus from the hotel to Albufera if you are after a more livelier day/night as there isn't really much going on at the hotel for younger couples but having said that it depends on what you are after in your holiday.We looked in the hotel's brochures on activities away from the hotel,there were lots to choose from and we picked the buggy safari and quadadventure both well worth the money and the people running these trips were fantastic.Would definitely recommend this and would go back.
