Stayed here earlier this year, had been to the area before and had liked the lok of the hotel.

Its in the newer area of town, not far from the south end of the Strip, its also close to the beach. Only downside to the location is its opposite the Kiss nightclub however i didnt hear much of it from where i was in the hotel.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated and there was a small fridge in the room, the balcony wasnt very big but it did catch the afternoon sun quite nicely.

The only gripe i have with the hotel is the size of the swimming pool, its ok for having a splash about in but if you like to swim properly it is terrible due to its small size and hexagonal shape.

this is my third time staying at topazio...friendly staff..good location and great value keep me going back!!ive stayed their as couple,with friends and family,and it suited everybody!5 min walk to the strip where you have all the bars and restaurants,10 min walk to the beach which is beautifull,the old town which is full of character is 5mins in a taxi..4euro...well worth a visit.breakfast in the hotel is very good.in case you are worried about noise from kiss nightclub across the street...ask for a room at the back of the hotel..been there in peak season and never heard a thing!!theres a great hair and beauty salon across the street from the hotel prices are very reasonable ask for nina...looking forward to going back to topazio again next year!!

Stayed here a month ago (start of october 2011).first of all great weather!32 degrees some days. The hotel was surprisingly good value. Bit of a walk to the beach but no biggy.pool was clean although small and not much sun in the afternoon.very modern hotel ,boutique looking reception.no real bother with kiss nightclub.one night a skinny drunk guy mumbled at me but in terms of noise at night it was minimal (we stayed overlooking mini golf at side of hotel). Diddnt see much staff ,just receptionist and bar man.they were fairly friendly .strip is 5 minute walk up a small hill .we prefered the old town (myself and my girlfriend) steps bar was good. Overall hotel very good would recommend to any type of group apart from stag and hens in large groups. Check out farnels near libertos it doesn't look much but it's lovely strip for food.and o manjar (bad spelling) in old town very good food.

Stayed here for two weeks with my boyfriend and two of our friends. Before our stay we were unsure of what to expect as it was so cheap. When we got there we were nicely surprised. Opened our doors to be greeted by a huge room, a separate fancy kitchen (very fancy for a hotel), a shiny tiled clean bathroom and a sizeable balcony. The whole hotel has been completely re-done, so if you see old photos on the internet - do not be fooled! Cleaning service was quite good, although they did not come every day. The pool was a good size, but better was the pool bar - €1 glass of wine or pint during happy hour. Huge selection of ice creams, too. The lobby was spacious with a load of sofas, so it wasn't an issue waiting around to go home. There is also 'kiss' club opposite. Noise wasn't really an issue due to the sheer size of the hotel, but I may have heard faint Liverpudlian / Geordie cheers at 6am (when the club kicks everyone out). The hotel is around 4-5 minutes walk from the strip, 10 minutes to either beach, 20 minute walk along the beach to the old town (or 5 in a taxi which costed no more than €4 every time). Amazing hotel for money. We all loved it. Could not find a fault with it, and I'm fairly picky.
