Stayed here for one night, and was disappointed. When we first entered the room it looked very modern, stylish, but it was tiny. The double bed was small, and too bouncy for 2 people to comfortably sleep on. There was just one pillow on the bed, I looked inside the wardrobe to see if there was another pillow. There was one, screwed up in a ball at the back of the top shelf, in front of the pillow was a half eaten packet of crisps. This immediately made me think maybe the cleaning isn't very thorough, although the rest of the room looked clean. It would have been better to put 2 pillows on the bed as 2 of us were booked in.
During the night I really slept badly, the room was really cold, I had to put a jumper on and the blanket from the wardrobe, which was rough. I got up to try to put the heating on, found what looked like a thermostat on the wall, but when I put it on it made a massive loud noise so I had to switch it off again. Every time I got up and swung my legs out of the bed my toe hit the desk, which was sooooo painful. Got a massive bruise! In my opinion in a room that small it would be better not to have so much large furniture. I would rather have had a larger bed than a gigantic wardrobe, desk and chairs and dressing tables etc. There was so little floor space there was nowhere to put our cases and I had to put some items in the bath just because there wasn't any floor space.
The bathroom looked modern, but there was a fault with the wc. When we flushed it the water just kept continuously coming through for about 20 minutes, which was really noisy.
On a positive note it is located on the main square in a lovely old building, and the staff were pleasant.
