Let me say this hotel has a great location.
I had a verry verry big room for me alone.
The breakfeast was verry good lots of food choices and friendly staff to help you out.
But what this hotel really needs is a good interior architect to give this hotel the star quallity it needs&deserves.

Stayed here for four nights on a short break with my mother as we travelled with a coach company. We were given a large suite on 4th floor with sea views, two bedrooms, kitchen area with dining table, separate bathroom and toilet. Huge balcony and you actually see the sea from our rooms. However, rooms were more of a basic 2 star and very tired and scruffy looking. It was exceptionally windy one of the nights and the sliding doors in my room banged so much in the night it woke me and I had to plug the gaps in the windows with leaflets to keep the noise down. There is alot of construction work going on around the hotel which was very noisey during the day. Whilst breakfast at this hotel was very good dinner was appalling and we ended up eating out during the day to fill us up. Staff we ok but only spoke when spoken to. Location to beach was excellent and couple that with the actual room space and breakfast that's all this hotel has to offer. Go stay at the Melinda near the harbour - much better hotel and excellent food.

A disappointing hotel. Extremely tired with brown/cream walls and tired furniture. The pillows were cushion sized and the duvet was horrible. Also very itchy bed. The room was big but boiling hot and no air conditioning. We were at the front of the hotel and it was VERY noisy thus impossible to sleep with the windows open. The swimming pool is half the size that it looks in the picture and was very cloudy. The jacuzzi could fit two people at a push- almost comedy sized. The receptionists were miserable but the breakfast staff were friendly enough. The hotel is close to the sea front and about 15 mins walk from the town. I wouldn't stay here again.

This 3-star hotel is what we can expect. Rooms are great and spacious. Only the floor-
carpet should be removed. Bar is OK, Restaurant Diner ( a 3 courses menu) for € 18.-
pp OK, daily menu changes per week. Breakfast is what you can expect in a good 3 star
hotel. The hotel lays about 100 mtrs from the beach and the end of the sea promenade.
Walking over the promenade to Ostend center is about 15 minutes. If you saty B+B you
have plenty restaurants for an excellent meal at lunch and dinnertime .
