We booked here last week.as.it was a Ramada hotel I did not look at the reviews before hand. The reception was very modern and the staff were helpful, however that's where it ends. The lift did not feel safe only to find out ten minuits later it had broken down. The rooms were tiny and dark. THE bathroom stunk of stale water. We decided against climbing the 4 floors with our bags and checked out. So we never got chance to see what else could have gone wrong. Oh yes the plugs had fellout of the Walls exposing wires. Not a nice place.

stayed here in october 28th till 1st november, i have to say for the money it was o.k, tidy and clean, breakfast was good, times 7-11 and there was plenty to choose from the staff where good and helpful, how ever we came back from our travels on sunday evening and asked if we could have an evening meal and the guy that was in charge was abit off but we did sit down and ordered but i found him unhelpful and abit off really didnt want to serve us but because we where paying and residents he served us but, found it a chore. we didnt eat there any more on an evening, but other then that it was a good stay,

Just came back from a weeks stay, not stayed with a ramada chain hotel before but was very impressed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the location was brilliant and we had great bigger than average rooms with a lovely view of the park square. Would definately recomend and wud 100% stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay :)
