“Lovely hotel”

Absolutely worth to stay here, at least once in a life time. Great location, friendly, cheerful and professional staff. First impressions were amazing and I continued to be impressed throughout the duration of my stay. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the old town, a short walk from the main square. Ideal for shopping and restaurants. Extremely comfortable hotel

“Excellent hotel in a great location in Bruges”

Given that it was our second stay at rge Kempinski, we were given an upgrade which was a quite nice gesture. The room was very clean and quiet and the king-size bed definitely made the difference.

The location of the hotel is ideal and the staff very kind and accomodating. We had lunch on our first day and drinks at night; everything was delicious and well served. Breakfast is also rich in choice and quality. At first we were dissapointed since we had to wait around 15 mins to get a table, but as a compensation there was no charge for it.

We would certainly go back.

“Same high standards, lovely hotel”

This was our fourth stay at the Kempinski, and we were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite, which was a nice gesture. The lovely room was on the 5th floor, with three windows overlooking the garden and Bruges beyond. It was big with a huge comfortable bed, sofa and chairs, fridge, espresso machine, desk etc. The bathroom was big with windows onto the room, a bath, separate shower, Molton Brown toiletries and a very useful blue night light. There is an evening turndown service with both water and chocolates - excellent.
We ate dinner in the bar one evening, a burger and a chicken stew vol-au-vent, both very good. We also had good service throughout the hotel, especially from reception. We parked the car in the car park underneath - expensive at €30, but worth it, as parking in Bruges isn't easy.
This is a lovely hotel, well located and with very high standards of service and facilites.

“Great Hotel”

Great Hotel in the heart of Brugge just a few meters away from the “grande place”...The staff was very helpful and gave us good advice. We received an upgrade to a luxery room (108) which seemed to us as a very nice room but not to be "luxurious". The Breakfast was absolutely worth it great choice and good products.

Don’t take the chocolate formula, it is not worth it…
