From the moment I made my online reservation, I was looked after by Ann! She instructed me on how to get to the B&B by bus from the train station (simple), was waiting when we arrived, and sat down to help us plan our stay. She even made the reservations we required. We were loaned guide books, and had lovely breakfasts. The rooms show that a lot of thought has gone into decoration. Two people staying in one room would have to know each other well, as the bathroom is separated by a half wall only. However, I stayed in the living room downstairs while my daughter had her bath!

Room unclean (with no room service for 2 days) and very pricey. Not value for money.

The Bleker B&B has a beautiful garden setting and is located within the old Brugge city walls with Market Square and Belfort and all restaurants at a walking distance.

This guesthouse is a delight. Our room was warm and inviting with high quality furniture and bedding. The only unusual was that washing area, bath and toilet are in a corner of the room, so little privacy when you use the toilet.

With Euro 100 a night De Bleker is not cheap but it definitely is worth every penny. Hostess Ann is a wonderful lady, she is welcoming, friendly and serves an excellent breakfast in the comfortable communal lounge. Guests are allowed to use the communal kitchen.

At the gate there could have been a more prominent sign and instructions regarding the intercom for new guests.

We received a warm and friendly welcome to this beautiful guest house only a short walk from the centre of Bruges. Decorated in a tasteful contemporary style, both the rooms and guest dinning area were immaculate in every way. The addition of a guest kitchen with fridge for each room, was an especially nice touch, and secure gated entrance particularly comforting for us motorcyclists. Our only regret is that we could only stay for one night, but when we return to beautiful Bruges, it will be here.
