My wife and I had a mini break in Bruges (by car from the UK) and stayed at this Hotel. It is perfecatly situated between the Cathedral and the main square quaintly settled in a cobbled stone street,

We were treated very well during our stay which included a continental breakfast, really enjoyed it.

What a gem of a hotel, agree more B & B but very good. Clean, bright and the location is perfect, near lots of bars, shops and the squares and not noisy. The only downside would be there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Would go there again and again. Bruges is fabulous one of the nicest European cities you can find, and the bonus was the Xmas market and the stalls.

The hotel is good enough - clean, comfortable, warm bedroom, decent bathrooms - if a little tired around the edges. Breakfast is a nice continental with plenty of bread, cheese, salami, ham, juices, cereals, tea and coffee. But the real winning factor for the place is it's fantastic central location, it has to be the best all around deal this close to the centre of town.

As other reviewers have commented, you cannot beat the location. It is only a five minute walk around the corner to Market Square, Burg Square, and close-by restaurants. Comparatively to other European hotels it was an excellent value. Pleasant continental breakfast (cold cuts, breads, cereal, juice, coffee) was included. No wi-fi available.

However, the room although spacious (particularly at this price range) was quite dated with tired looking furnishings. The first night I barely got any sleep because our room was street-side and with the window open we could hear loud conversations being held on the street below well into the night, along with traffic and loud trucks early in the morning. The second night was much cooler and we were able to shut the window, which cut out a lot (but not all) of the noise below. We also both were bit several times during the night....perhaps because the windows are kept open (they were open upon our arrival to the room).

The owner was helpful; she waited for our later arrival, and check-in was painless.
