superb location, cosyness all over the place and friendlyness by the host for free!

We have now stayed three times at Sint Niklaas and Anne makes us feel as if we are returning to the home of a friend. She is a gracious and attentive hostess and her stylish and welcoming B&B is a superb base for exploring the city. Although very near the Markt, it's a very quiet location, and you don't feel as if you are in 'tourist Bruges'.
We have stayed in both the Belfort and Rooftop rooms. Both are very comfortable, with wonderful views. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/shower gel, lovely hand soap, a hairdryer and (a nice touch) cosmetic cotton wool pads. We were grateful for the free wifi (although the signal can be intermittent at the top of the house). As previous guests have mentioned, breakfast is delicious, and when on holiday we are always delighted that we don't have to be down too early.
Anne clearly values conversations with her guests, and we really enjoyed our time chatting with her one evening over our favourite Belgian beer. She is able to recommend lovely restuarants which are as high quality as her B&B, and shows a really personal touch in her care for her guests, even allowing us to bring hire bikes inside the house at night, so that we could make an early start the following morning.
We recommend Sint Nik without hesitation and will certainly stay here on our return to Brugge.

Stayed in the Belfort room at this wonderful B&B and enjoyed the amazing views that the room offered. This B&B is probably in the best location in Bruges - in a quite street but 30 seconds walk from the main square and in walking distance from everything. Anne was a lovely hostess and put on a fantastic breakfast. She went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable - she even drove us to pick up our rental car which was outside the old part of town. The room was nice, clean and spacious although there are quite a few steep and shallow steps to get up to the room and also within the room. Would definitely recommend.

Delighted to have stumbled across secluded but central bed and breakfast. Thirty seconds walk from the Markt and within easy distance of everything Bruges has to offer. Anne is an impeccable hostess with an encyclopedic knowledge of the town and what she doesnt know, frankly, isnt worth knowing. We chose the top floor 'Belfort' room for its breathtaking view of Bruges' most iconic tower (not reccomended for the feint hearted on account of the additional stairs but we found they added to the experience!). The room was clean and tidy with a large comfortable bed and more pillows than we knew what to do with. Full marks too for the amazing fresh coffee every morning alongside the great breakfast buffet (6*). If you are looking for somewhere central but quiet for your stay this is for you!
