I booked a night stay for an apartment for 5 pax and got it only for 129 eur, breakfast included, via booking.com. Surprisingly, the apartment looks nice and spaceous. It's equipped with a kitchen, a dining table, complete utensils, plates and cutleries. Beds and linend are neat. 2 TVs with cable channels and free wifi. The property is quite old, some areas needs renovating but is altogether very clean. With the price I got it for, I lost my right to complain!

Receptionists are helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is complete. The location is just perfect: a few steps away from the bell tower/ Markt square.

Once we had driven round trying to find the hotel (as it is poorly signed and run down) we were directed to the parking area which looked like an abandoned garage. After checking into the hotel we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready and when we found our room it was awful, nothing like the pictures on their website. Although we had booked a small double room it was unclean and scruffy. We had booked a double bed when in fact it was actually two singles pushed together and on the first 2 nights both of us woke up with rashes over our neck and arms. The bedroom itself had mould around the windows and on the window sills, the bedside lamps were broken, the wardrobe door was hanging off and the electric heater had wires hanging out of its plug. As for the bathroom it was bright yellow plastic no more than 2 metres wide, all the fittings were hanging off the walls, the shower curtain was mouldy, the toilet was slanted forward so you would slide off and it was never cleaned each day. Although we had maid service everyday they only ever made the bed. The breakfast was basic continental food nothing special.
The only good thing about this hotel is it's location, but the hotel is definitely not worth the price!

We booked this hotel via superbreaks.
We were told the rooms were good and we booked car parking for a classic car.
We arrived to be told that there was no car park spacefor us and just got a shrug from the manager.
The corridors were scruffy dark and needed security cameras!
The rooms were dirty and tatty.
The sheets were worn through.
It was noisy.
We got bed bug bites.
We left for another hotel, the Acadmie. It was great.

The only good thing was the location. Room for 4 people was spacious but cleanliness left a lot to be desired for. Kitchen sink had disgusting things in it. Bathroom was smelly.We were handed over keys at 2 Pm but the room was not ready till 3. So called luggage storage was actually a toilet and not in site of receptionists, did not feel secure. There was a metal shaft just outside the bedroom which rattled whole night disturbing sleep. Inadequate cutlery,one drinking glass for 4 people!Breakfast very basic.Not worth the price.......
