On our first holiday as a cuple iw anted things to eb special and this was acheived through massive amounts fo research and thatnks to the reviews on here i found this place. Finding the place was simple fromt he maps available and being first timers to Bruges we could have been walking round in circles forever. Our room was the orange room which i had specified from te reviews and images of it. I don't think it woudl have made a difference which room we stayed in though. Lut was out upon our arrival however she had left her number so we could contact her. When we got in we were greated by a beautiful hallway with artwork and stained glass. Upstairs was our room and it was immaculaately clean in both room and bathroom and also the dining area was really cosy and inviting. Other than the amazing host and beautiful arty property, the location of this place is perfect. No mroe than 2 mins into the entre of Bruges and yet extremly quiet. There are some beautfiul restaraunts nearby, in particular an Italian just round the corner.

I would come back to bruges just to stay in this BnB, and have been recommendign it ever since. By the time we left after 5 days we felt liek Lut was our long lost Aunty. She is chamring, warm and wonderfully knowledgeable about thingsto go and do and see in the area. I thank her greatly for making our first trip away together so special.

オーナーのルート（Lut）さんが住む昔ながらの町屋の3階にある快適なベッドとシャワー・トイレが備わった3部屋だけのB&Bです。ロケーションもブルージュ旧市街のほぼ中心に位置するマルクト広場から徒歩5分と、ブルージュ観光にはとても便利な場所にあります。この宿の特徴は何と言ってもこのB&Bを切り盛りして10年以上の経験を持つオーナーのもてなしが隅々まで行き届いた清潔でセンスのいい部屋とサービスです。シンプルなデザインの部屋には湯沸し、インスタントコーヒーやお茶、シャワーとボディソープ、洗面台とトイレがあり、タオルもあります。小さなテレビが置いてあり、インターネット用の無線LANも使えて、清潔で寝心地のいいベッドでゆっくり休むことができます。3部屋の間にある広い廊下には清潔なキッチンがあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシン、食器やナイフなどがあるので、外食に飽きた時でもデリで買ってきた夕食を温めて、3つある小さなテーブルでリラックスして食べることもできます。
このB&Bの利点は、何といってもシンプルでセンスのよい快適な部屋です。町屋なので窓からの眺めはご近所のお家程度なのですが、静かでゆっくり休むことができます。また、オーナーが準備してくれる朝食もコンチネンタルブレックファストでコーヒーやチーズ・ハムもおいしく、毎日少しずつメニューを変えてくれるなどの心遣いも感じられます。到着時に鍵をくれるので、その後は出入り自由です。難点は特に思い当たりません。強いて言えば町屋の3階なので荷物を持って昇り降りするのが少し大変というくらいですが、すてきなお家なので、あまり苦にはなりません。
ブルージュは有名な観光地で1日歩いて回ることになるので、1日の途中でちょっと宿に戻って休憩したくなると思うのですが、そういう時にこの宿は立地も便利でとても快適だと思います。オーナーのルートさんは英語、フランス語、オランダ語を話し、ホスピタビリティに溢れたとても気さくで素敵な方です。有名ホテルのような豪華さはありませんが、安心して心地よく泊まれるよい宿だと思います。

My husband and I could not have any better things to say about our experience at Lut and Bruno's amazing B&B. The location could not be any better and the breakfast is great. Upon arrival Lut provided us with a number of great local restaurants and suggestions. She is incredibly warm. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a relaxing time in Bruges.

Lut and Bruno are excellent hosts. All that you should require can be found in this B & B.
The breakfasts are delicious and plenty of it.
Perfect location close to market square and the bus stop to take you to the train station.
Very quiet surrounds, even though the main area is near by.
