“Friendly owners, cozy room, good location.”

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were cozy, and we were just a few minutes walk from the gate of the old city center.

“My experience of Pannenhuis Hotel, Bruges”

Family run hotel in an excellent location, with free parking. Quiet area, but just 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. Beautiful but slightly quirky and tired decore, with lovely antiques - but this is part of the charm. Open fireplace in the hall surounded with armchairs - perfect for that after dinner drink. Delicious breakfast, and I have been told the dinner is superb. If you can, book Room 12 on the first floor, which has an enormous double bed, sitting area, and balcony overlooking the charming garden. They offer bicycles to hire.
Superb shoe shop just a couple of minutes walk towards the town centre.

Room Tip: All rooms look good, especially Room 12

“Very good location, free parking, easy access to the train station and walking distance to city centre.”

Stayed at this very good hotel for only one night. The lady at the reception desk was extremely friendly, ery concerned with our trip and trying to help the most with mine and my friends future travelling plans and connections.
Good value for money and their restaurant seems really worth a visit. Mentioned several years in the Michelin guide.
Rooms were of a very good size, nice view to their large back garden and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
The only problem is that the rooms that are separate from the main building don't have wi-fi coverage (which is free btw).

“Excellent value for reasonable price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

I've been to this wonderful family run hotel in May. I was very satisfied. The hotel is located close to the train station ( you just need to take the right exit) and quite close to the Brugges city centre. But the service is so friendly that it makes even more pleasnt staying in this great hotel. The rooms are quite big, so you have enough place for your luggage. Many thanks!

Room Tip: I've stayed in room in the right building with Rafaelli aggels on my bad. Was bery good!

“It was a CHARMING adventure, very good restaurant!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 October 2007

We had a wonderful stay and a warm hospitality during our stay at this fine hotel with a free parking (very important !). The accomodations were wonderful but it was the kindness & friendliness of the entire staff from the manager to housekeeping that made for a truly memorable stay. And what a "cuisine" !! We shall return.
