I have been in the Hotel Heritage more than ten times and every the time visit has been a success. The owners and staff are friendly and service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and tidy and the athmosphere is relaxing and nice.

I travel in Europe twice a year on holidays and I must say you will not be disappointed with this hotel! Helpful staff, perfect location, 2 seconds walk from the main square! Bus stop at the corner to take you to the train station if you want to explore more of Belgium. My room was small but extremely well appointed! The lobby of the hotel is like sitting in someone's grand old home. I loved it here. I spent 10 days at this hotel and am well travelled, it is perfect in every way. The only little complaint I would have is the cost of breakfast, it is high but that I think you will find in any establishment of this quality. I ordered each morning a pot of coffee to my room which arrived with biscuits and chocolate for 5€, a perfect way to start each day.. You can't go wrong with the Hotel Heritage. Congratulations to the owners and the staff. A true 5 Star Class Hotel.

We have just got back from a weekend stay in the Hotel Heritage and had a lovely time there. The hotel itself is very well decorated and the room we stayed in (deluxe room) had everything you could think off (including an IPad!) and was very luxurious. The spa looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it!

The location is excellent, just behind the main square so not far to go for restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. Bruges itself was fantastic, with lots of amazing sites to see.

Having traveled around Europe for many years at fine hotels, I have found that at the best hotels it is the staff that often make the difference. This was our first time and Bruges and the kind people at the hotel went out of their way to suggest the best Belgium restaurants (where the locals eat) and walks that the tourists rarely take. Their recommendations were fabulous and so helpful! The food in Beligum may be better that France! The location is close to the main square and the Dumon chocolate shop (best and nicest in town). The rooms are not quite up to the very high Relais standards, but they are still very nice and large for European standards! You need two full days in Bruges - make sure to do the Brewery tour. If you decide to climb the clock tower make sure you go early because the wait can be very long later in the day. Last tip, there is no reason to go to Brussels.
