My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights over New Year. The staff in the breakfast room always looked miserable and were not very friendly. The coffee was cold despite several complaints .Juice was in low supply. Cooked food was cool/in short supply till 10 mins before closure.Cleaners were noisy and woke us up knocking on the door at 9.20 New Year Day. Despite being asked to return in 30mins someone knocked and immediatley entered after 10mins!.We also noticed luggage was stored in breakfast room or near reception after checking out - not the secure place mentioned! Next year we`ll go to another hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for one night However was a big disappointment. First there are a few steps on the entrance and it was difficult to enter with my baby pram. Reception was not helpful and didn't explained anything. I was given a room on the first floor and again to access the room there was more steps. To access the restaurant was the same. I won't be staying there again with a baby. Bedroom was very good and bathroom too. My room also had a door giving access to the room beside and I could hear the people in the other room.

I've stayed here 3 times (not through choice) and each one has been the same:
Raw sewage smell greets you and the receptionists are just as unwelcoming.
After dragging suitcase through the restaurant area, I was shown to the annexe building at the back. Conditions on 2nd floor were cramped, clammy and hot. Bed sheets were horribly scratchy, plughole in bathroom was blocked, cheapest low-quality shampoo provided in sachets, towels extremely worn and scratchy. No air conditioning which made the hot claustrophobic bedroom unbearable, especially when opening window resulted in being mauled by Mosquitos. I travel all the time for work and I've never found a hotel so comprehensively terrible that I was compelled to write a review about it.

The location is excellent, not in the busiest street (actually quite quiet) but in the Centrum - about 50m from busy part and Tourist Information.

Very spacious and tidy room, with very nice furniture and big wardrobes. Amazing bathroom: spacious, very tidy and modern with a big bath!

Simple but delicious natural breakfast: English breakfast (bacon, sausage, egg) + continental breakfast (just-cooked bakery, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt) as well as tea,coffee,chocolate,juice.

Facility: The TV included in the room and pets are accepted for free (although the web says fee may be applied)! There's a big quiet park in 10m even if in the Centre of Brugge!

Price: even if not the cheapest place, still very reasonable and absolutely worthy. I didn't pay any city tax (even if the web says that they could be applied).

If visiting Brugge again, I am ot gonna spend time searching and comparing.
