I first visited this hotel in 2004. Since then I have been there several times a year for my work. I can only recommend the place, for all that is said here. Perfectly located (I remember having to catch a train at 5am once and blessing the fact that I could sleep until 4.50am!), very clean, free wifi, generous breakfast (although the quality of the orange juice could be improved), but especially excellent service. Nowadays I know every member of staff and they know me, but since the first time they were all exquisitely kind.

Cold room. Took a day to heat up. In my opinion this should be done before you arrive.

The hotel is located across the street from the main entrance of the railwaystation. It's a five-minute walk to the city centre, which is worth a visit. My room was quiet - it faced the back of the hotel. The room and bathroom were quite large and very clean. There was no noise from other rooms, although they were occupied. Hot water, TV, kettle and fridge all in order. Staff polite and helpful. Good value for money, especially considering the exorbitant prices in the area. I used the hotel for a business trip to Brussels: it was so convenient, I'll do it again and have the advantage of a much cheaper hotel, pleasant, in a good location, one-hour train ride to Brussels.

We stayed here for 3 nights, when we were having a short break away. It's ideally (and centrally) located right by the station -perfect for us as we don't drive and so arrived by train.

The room was bright, clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Namur is a very attractive town, with good shopping for its size, a pretty river, a citadel and lots of small bars where you can sit outside. Really pleasant for a weekend away.
