Ibis Hotel is a two-star Accor-style hotel situated on the edge of the city of Namur, walking distance from the city center, but quite far away from the train station. Ibis is definitely central, but not on the best part of the city. The hotel, built recently, is nice and clean. A little bit of the expensive side of the range (around 80E/100USD for one night and breakfast). Good for business stay. Since Namur is not really touristical city, the range of hotels available are short. Top of the range would be the Namur Castle (Chateau de Namur) - 4 stars equivalent (on the top of the old fortified place of Namur, between the two rivers). If you don't have a car, then go for Ibis. If you have private transportation, head for the extra price and go to the Castle !

Clean and reasonably comfortable (though not the foam pillows). On quite a busy road (at night) so better to ask for a room on the back if you want the window open. Standard Ibis breakfast which is not worth 14 Euros (poor coffee). Has a secure car park.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. I am a regular Ibis user and must say this one in Namur is on top of my recommendations. Services are at their best. Most friendly and helpful staff.

Nice quiet hotel with serviceable staff. Pleasant surrounding, good breakfast, good services. Price corresponding to level of services, acceptable. Room excellent, clean, no problems. I recommend the Hotel to people looking for quiet stay with good services.
