We chose this inn for the last few nights of a two week trip ( where we stayed in some lovely 5 star hotels) and it is definitely the one we will remember most for years to come! The hospitality of the owners was outstanding from the greeting as we arrived, to the maps and advice for day trips, to the enjoyable discussions in the evening and during the fabulous breakfast to our fond farewells. We loved our room in the back... Spacious, quiet, charming with stone walls. Do not be put off by the road in front or the train tracks... You cannot hear either and you do feel you are off the beaten path a bit. As mentioned in other reviews, the hosts are the "secret ingredient" that makes this inn a great choice.

Stayed for two nights in September 2011, all I can say is the hosts are fantastic the room no 4 we had was huge and very clean. Restaurant was very good, overall lovely experience. Normally we stay at the best rated large hotel around, but due to some events happening in the area we booked into Auberge de Bouvignes, all I can say is lucky us!

Once again, my brother and I stayed here. We keep coming back!! Superb hospitality, excellent rooms and a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The owners are just superb, they make you feel so welcome and we would not want to stay anywhere else.
We arrived on motorbikes- they were garaged up strightaway and a beer was waiting for us in the bar.... what more could anyone want on arrival? To top this off, we were taken into town to a restaurant and picked up later in the evening. To say Vincent goes the extra mile is rather an understatement. A truly fabulous stay.... thank you.

From the moment we inquired about room availability until our riding off for our next adventure, we were welcomed warmly by our hosts Vincent and Elena. Our gastronomic desires were surpassed by combinations of Sardinian meats, cheeses and wines. For dinner in this completely renovated inn we savored family farm raised lamb and delectable desserts. Our room was quietly comfortable as all amenities were provided. We were once more spoiled with fresh squeezed orange juice and an assortment of delights for breakfast. We truly enjoyed the honest and humorous character of our hosts. We appreciate our expectations being exceeded. Johan and Diane will gratefully return soon.
