Set in a very beautiful and peaceful location this hotel offered us an excellent room, with all you could want in our opinion.Cleaning was to a high standard and with air con it was very comfortable. The hotel grounds are most enjoyable and easy to relax in, as was the whole hotel.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was superb and offered a good selection.Dinner was well presented and tasty. Bar prices as in many places in Europe are steep.
Would certainly stay here again.

We have just returned from a 4 night tour and stay at the Best Western Dinant and was extremely disappointed in the location, food and staff. It was the worse Hotel I have ever stayed in. The Breakfast was of poor quality, very little variety, and not enough to go round! As we were part of Shearings English tour group I was astonished to find that they had sent us to a Hotel where the staff didnt speak or even wanted to speak English but were happy to take our money. The snacks were over priced £12.50 for Cheese on Toast. The kitchen closed at 9.30pm so dont expect any late nite snacks. The hotel is in the middle of a forest, if you want to hide away its the perfect place but if you want to see a little life at night or walk into the town... forget it! They dont have a courtesy bus you need to have a car. Oh yes! you are only allowed one bar of soap and bubble lotion per stay... ... Sorry but its not for us...

I stayed here for two nights last summer with a large studen tour group. The scenery around Dinant was absolutely breathtaking. It is one of the most peaceful places I have ever been. Even though I wasn't driving, it seemed quite difficult to get to (especially in a tour bus), but it is completely worth it. The hotel, rooms, and restaurant were all lovely (more like a resort than a hotel), but the best part of this hotel is all the outdoor adventure it provides. It has a pool, tennis court, a few put-put holes, and countless nature trails. You can get lost just taking the trails through the woods. They are well marked, though. If you are looking for a beautiful, serene place to get away, you must stay here.

Tuck away below the Ardennes hills outside Dinant, this is a large hotel that clearly depends heavily on coach tours. There were 2 or 3 the night we stayed. The rooms are large and the breakfast excellent. A very good indoor swimming pool which we had to ourselves. The restaurant is airy but a strange shape. the food was rather ordinary.
