Well, Les Forges ist actually the restaurant, and it is fantastic. We stayed in Habay for 3 days, and have eaten in the restaurant twice, and that was great, though really pricey. They also have a second restaurant Le Maison blue, that's also good and cheaper. If you want to visit the restaurant on weekend, reservation is important. During a week you'll probably get a table without a reservation.
The hotel which belongs to the restaurant is very small, 9 rooms and is considered to be 4 stars, but it is highest 3. The rooms are a bit out of fashion, the bathroom pretty old and very small. The worst thing about the hotel was, that you could hear anything while in a room. That was quite annoying, especially late in the evening or in the morning. You could really hear the people in the restaurant, or cleaning ladys etc. I have a kind of double opinion concerning the breakfast. On the one side, they serve only fresh products from the region, such as home made jogurt, ardenne ham and local cheese, home-made bakery and marmelade. But... You get every day the same. You'll get a kind of a problem if you are vegetarian. We asked for some salmon for myself for breakfast, because I don't eat any sausage or ham, or cheese. They served it free of charge, but only once, and we stayed 3 days.
The area is very lovely, with a small lake, and a castle next door. The castle is also a hotel, but I suppose, pretty old.
So my opinion: Yes to the restaurant, we'll definitely come once more for dinner. But we never stay inthe hotel again.
