This hotel was a complete joy! The room was very comfortable and all of the interior items looked practically new.

We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking Gare des Guillemins. You might think, that's going to be noisy being right next to a train station all night, but the windows were very thick double panes. Even the whining from the Belgian electric trains as they pulled into the station were completely stifled by the window.

The front desk person was extremely helpful in getting us settled in our room. We had a question about Wi-Fi in the rooms. This is not available but it is available in the bar and courtyard area.

My wife also accidentally locked our window, but I was able to get the key to unlock it from the front desk using my bad French!

We didn't sample the breakfast in the bar, but the neighborhood has several brasseries nearby for nighttime dining (we chose Cafe de l'Univers; très bien!). I also was able to find a store to buy some Belgian beers for relaxing in the room.

Like I said, this hotel is directly next to the train station, so if you are traveling to Liège by train, I would highly recommend it. Our room was rather inexpensive (about 70€), but well worth every cent.

La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente ottimale, in quanto adiacente alla nuova stazione di Liegi, meraviglia architettonia del celebre Santiago Calatrava. Lo staff è professionale, accogliente ed ospitale. Le camere sono estramamente spaziose, pulite e ben arredate. Consigliatissimo, sopratutto all'esigente (in termini soprattutto di pulizia) utenza italiana.

We stayed in this hotel in Dec. Not a bad hotel area very run down, we stayed on 1st floor , but had to be moved at 10pm on the second night as the bar next door played music throught the night I think they also put us in the smallest room in the hotel, it wasnt until they moved us that we could see the difference. My advice dont sleep on the 1st floor especially in room 117, due to noise from bar below.Luckily we left the day before the shooting in Leige.

Hotel clean and bright. Staff welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. On doorstep bus station or taxi if u prefer. Found taxi great value as u get local info en route..
