Centrally located hotel in Tongeren. Large rooms, but very very cold (although outdoor temperature not so low, around 0°C) despite increasing the target temp on the heating system to maximal. No safe, no drinks except water in the fridge. Wireless in room very very slow, in meeting rooms OK.

We stayed here for a business trip. Very comfortable rooms and as previously mentioned excellent shower. Breakfast is also convenient buffet style. Carpet has a slightly rubberised feel in bare feet which I found unusual, but this is far in a way my favourite hotel in Tongeren.

A modern hotel in the place of a monastery - this is the first interesting thing about Eburon hotel. It's a perfect hotel for rest (not only of course) - white walls and pink elements make you relax very quickly. Ths staff is very friendly (and remembers your name;)) and food is very good. What I liked the most about my room was the bed and the shower.
There's also a pink angel (angel remained after monastery, later it was painted) on the first floor - it's quite original, because though I travel a lot I've never met with such a nice idea.
The whole hotel is stylish - I'd say, furnished and decorated with taste.

Eight of us booked rooms for one night as we were going to a football match in near by Genk.
Before arrival I emailed the hotel to ask for restaurant recommendations and also enquired if they could book us a mini-bus & driver to take us to the match & back. Patricia on reception duly obliged and recommended four restaurants. I chose "Tinto" next door to the hotel for a late lunch / early dinner and it was very good, if a little expensive. She also arranged the transport for us which was fine. The hotel is clean and comfortable and located in middle of the town. There is a underground public car-park very close by.
The hotel itself is very modern, which is not evident from the outside as the exterior is sympathetic to the surroundings. The room was large with a nice 'rain shower' in the glass bathroom. It was a shame we only really used the hotel to sleep as I would have liked to stay longer.
