We were there for a weekend trip. Very nice staff. The rooms were OK, but the bathroom looks a little bit old! They need an update. The beds were fantastic. We slept very well.
The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center, so you can do everything by walking.

We went to Hasselt for a short break. Our room on the 3rd floor was o.k. However the elevator had to be updated, goes very slowly.
Breakfast very good, enough to chose. Dinner in the bar was excellent.
The staff are very polite and friendly.

I stay both in the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn Express down the road when visiting Hasselt. The holiday Inn has the restaurant and bar which is nice to relax away from your room after a long day. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive too - bathrooms a bit dated but clean, rooms spacious (3rd floor).

No gripes whatsoever - you can't go wrong if you book either the Holiday Inn or Express. With the Express you get breakfast included - whereas if I stay at the Holiday Inn I tend to go to the little bakery/cafe opposite the greengrocers for breakfast.

In the photo the Hotel looks very warm and welcoming in the sun, but arriving on a dark Winters night less so!! Great beds, first time we have slept so well in a Hotel, we had a double size bed each. Breakfast very good, bar meals also very good. Lifts not always working or were very slow. For a 4**** Hotel I think the towels could be of better quality and thickness. As we were on tours during the three days we were there, finally on the last night we got to see Hasselt, had a meal in the Drugstore, very good and walked to the Winter Wonderland, that looked great fun, especially for youngsters.
