We came by car from Charleroi Airport. The hotel is situated nicely right next to the autoroute but was suprisingly hard to find. We've missed the narrow and dark street the hotel is situated on. Our GPS couldn't locate it too. Suprise! The staff didn't understand a word in English! One of my friends tried German and Italian but his efforts were to no avail. The room was quite clean. This hotel is OK if you plan to stay there for one night and you're coming by car. Good things: big and secure free parking, tidy bathroom, close to the autoroute.

“Worse hotel every stayed in”

Room was small hot stuffy, not very clean, took an hour to find. staff sat under our window all night chatting with their large alsation dog who kept barking. The shower was blocked with lime scale that allowed the water to come out at such a high presure in the only few holes available, it felt as if one was stung by wasps. The bed was like a rock. I didn't get much sleep due to heat and noise. Staff were curteous though no alternative room was offered due to lack of engish and my poor french. The ten euros charged on top each for breakfast was a waste of euros. other guests man handled the bread the cheese and ham looked sweaty and not chilled no cereals available. expensive cup of tea huh!
