I have just got back from a business trip to the Be Manos and I cant fault it in any way.

I was lucky enough to stay in a Junior suite and both the room and every single part of the hotel was the cleanest hotel I think I have ever seen. Everything was vacuumed and polished to perfection, it really was amazing.

it was only a 10 minute walk from the Gare Midi station (although they do offer a free shuttle bus back and forth) and in a very quiet and safe part of town

For a family I think the nice big clean rooms would also be a benefit but the location is such that its a bit away from the main tourist sites.

the breakfast was also very nice and like the Wi-Fi included in the price of the room. I didn't have the time to check out the Spa facilities.

Just returned after a 1 night stay in a junior suite. Room very good size with separate seating area, good selection from mini bar and all drinks very reasonably priced as well. Had some great cocktails, we left it to the batman to suprise us and he didnt let us down!

This Manos family hotel near the train station is more of a business traveler hotel, but two older travelers were welcomed all the same. The decor is very modern and black is the dominant color but do not let that dissuade you. The staff is friendly and our room was large and comfortable. Say hi to Eugene at the bar from us!

This was my second time at this property that is placed convenientely close to Gare du Midi and in a quartier that is somehow not considerable prime location ( as most of the areas worldwide close to stations...) Hotel is a design minded smooth and sleek outlooking property with rooms all played in the tone of black, nice bathrooms , wonderful toiletries from Etro and efficient and customer minded electrical controls . Service is friendly and quite efficient . There is a shuttle service free of charge to and from the station that shall be arranged by phoning the hotel . And these are the pros....Cons, restaurant food is quite evocative in the names and description unfortunately what you will get (after a long waiting )is far from a medium expectation still prices are well high with starters at around 20 and maincourses all on the 30 euros area. These prices can be in line with Brussels , still the quality is not worth half of that price , unfortunately in that area the offer is limited and so you better take a taxi and go somewhere else . Key for the hotel rooms , 3 out of the four nights I spent there did not work and needed to be repalced , as it was always demagnetized even if the key was kept at reception , as the room are spreaded in a singular way , it was unpleasant to always return and demand to have that fixed. Internet conection wireless at least in my room was so weak in terms of connection that was hardly usable except of reading mails .
Breakfast variety is wide enough to satisfy any taste buds and have plenty of natural foods and wonderful breads . Good value solution in a district not appealing and with some points needing to be fixed . Avoid the restaurant and be sure to get a good key
