The hotel Lambeau is located right close to a tram station but far from most of the places you might want to go. The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast is included and has variety but not much quality.
I paid ~300 euros for three nights and got the following:
A very small room (not like the pictures), with the wash basin and toiletries right at the entrance door. That is, you hang your coat in front of the "bathroom mirror". Then you enter and the bed occupies all the space. The mini-bathroom, in one side, has a shower and a toilet, the toiled doesn't have a cover and there's no place to hang the towell, that is: from the shower chances are that you drop the towel in the toilet or walk on it basically.
Also, whenever you flush the toilet, water comes from it to the floor, so don't put the floor towel on the floor. There's a little table and a little fridge (closed with a rusty locker). And you might want to put up the heater some numbers because everytime they clean, they put the heating in 1 -> south pole.
The floor is tiled in the whole room and doesn't look very appealing so bring some flip-flops. In a room so small, they managed to put all the sockets for electricity far from the bed (it is a design achievement, because it really is a small room, laying on the bed, if you leave the bathroom door open, you can basically put your feet inside the toilet).
Other than the fact that the room is small and the bathroom situation is very unpleasant there are good points: the bed is big enough, they change the towels everyday, and the wifi works reasonably considering the rest of the room (forget about ssh or fancy stuff like that, only reading emails and the newspapers).
If I had paid 30 euros/night I'll be fine with it, I paid on the order or 100 so you do the math.
