This place isn't as bad as I thought it would be, the rooms were freezing cold though as the heating was not on in December so we didn't enjoy that. There is only hot water at specific times, none at night.
The hair dryer in the room blew up in a plume of black smoke and the lights went off in the apartment, also it was extremely noisey as we were on the side of a main road.
However the room and bathroom were nicely done and very clean. Reception was helpful and the TV had a few English channels and it is very close to MIDI, although there is very little else around that area.

One of the best apartments i have lived in, walkable distance from train station (midi) and city center. Very clean. Owner accomodated late checkin (10 pm) by himself, better to plan in advance in case of late check in. Rates published on the reception were much higher than what i got when i booked in advance online. better to book online.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. There are rooms with kitchen and guest rooms. I lived in apartments.

Negative thing that it located far away from the center, so it takes around 30 minutes to get it. Outside of the hotel i felt that i am in arabic block. I dont care but but for someone it could be uncorfotable. No breakfast. No fan. Good coffee machine. Fast wifi.

My permancence in this hotel has been very short due to my busy schedule in Brussels, therfore I cannot give a overall impression of this business.
Generally the hotel is nice and not pretentionous. I stayed in one of the apartments which are defenitely very spacious. This also had a kitchen, therefore the right solution for anybody who plans a longer stay in Brussels and look for some independence regarding meals.
The place was clean and up to the standards for its cathegory.
Even though I did not interact much with it, the staff was very nice. The hotel has free wi-fi and there is also a computer with a printer should you not have you device with you.
The area it is located in does not have the best reputation but this is defenetly not a reason for not staying at this hotel.
One remark, the heating was turned on on full power even though the weather was wuite good; CSR could be a point of improvement.
