The room does not have windows that could allow for proper cross ventilation of air. As we tend to summer time therefore, the room requires at least a fan for air circulation

Everything was ok, but breakfast was very simple. 5 minutes to metro station.

Myself,my husband & our 22 month old baby stayed at this property & we really enjoyed our experience. Good things about this B&B is that its very clean, beautifully done, trams stop just in front of teh property, metro line is 2 blocks away, Automium & Mini Europe is 2-5 min walk from there & there was 2 sandwich bars around the corner.There are very few disadvatanges like the property dos'nt have a phone connection ( so u need to carry ur mobile phones) & there is no reception desk as such but the owner Son-Thuy is very friendly & helpful that u wont feel anything bad about your stay at this place. Major attraction near city centre( like Grand place ) can be easily reached by Tram or Metro line . So, i would def recommend this place to those who want a peaceful holiday away from maddening crowd.

We always enjoy our stays at the Villa du Heysel. For the same price, the suite is much bigger than a traditional hotel room.
We are frequently returning to this place in order to attend fairs at the Brussels Expo Exhibition center. I recommend this place.
