Mixed feelings: rather than a room we were given a mini apartment with a 2 single beds put together, a table, a small bathroom and a kitchenette, which might be useful it you want to cook your own meals; on the other hand, breakfast is not served in a "common room" as the owner leaves you in the fridge something to eat and drink. The place is nice although it has not a well-defined style (furniture seems a bit old and taken from the clearance of several houses). Location is peaceful, but since quite far from the city centre restaurants are not at walking distance and you'll have to take either the car or the subway.
The owner wanted to be paid upon our arrival; room price was in line with Bruxelles standards.
