I would never stay in a place like this.We were a group of 30 people
visiting the Euro Parliament.The receptionists were not polite,the rooms not confortable and too white with not nice furniture, the lift terrible and nowhere to sit confortably except the breakfast room.Unfortunately it was booked for us. Very bad experience.

Good location as it is very close to the main shopping street with the most popular brands. Safety environment, much better than hotels which near Sainte-Catherine that area especially at the night time!!! Room is big but they are absolutly over-priced. Hotel facilities and the room amenities are bit old and not clean enough!!! We found another boutique hotel which is much better and cheaper after we stayed in white hotel.

Book this hotel only if you get a really (I mean REALLY) good price. First thing you'll get is a very rude and curt receptionist. Then, a lift that looks like it's about to fall apart. You never know if you're going to actually make it to your floor. Then rooms that look so white, you might get dizzy at times. They're decorated in white with odd 'sculptures' and 'art forms' all over the place. My room had a dirty carpet and a mouldy shower. The view was non-existant, but there was a fire escape right outside my window, so everyone could just walk in and out of my room.
The breakfast was the weirdest thing I had ever seen. They had pre-prepared fried and scrambled eggs in these bowls wrapped in cling film that guests were expected to microwave themselves. There were also cold pancakes for the guests to microwave.
Bottom line - only book if you can't find anything else.

I used to live in Brussels and now go there for work or pleasure and during my last stay I tried the white hotel. Normally I try 4 stars bcs some of the 3 stards are really dodgy but this hotel was really nice. The staff are competent and friendly, the rooms are spacious and the white theme pleasant enough to give the place a feeling of elegance. Of course some of the drapes and curtains are a bit dated and the bed we had was too soft and lumpy for us but we had a great view that made us feel we were in New York or Tokio (on a Belgian scale of course). The room was quiet and over all it was great.
The breakfast deserves a mention as the food is original and tasty lots of nuts and healthy options as well as homemade cake/bready things. Coffee good and all set in a romm with booths equipped with apple computers. We sat at a table without computers but noticed floor plugs to recharge your equipment so all very friendly and funky.
The crowd is young hip computer geeks, and business guys; The neighborhood is Louise Bailli so full of euro crowd. Nice on a Wednesday evening at the evening market and for a drink early evening.
Basically because we had a last minute deal it was worth it, a bit "cheap and cheerful" so good value at a discounted rate. Full price I am not so sure.
