Good, clean, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff and tasty chocolates on the pillow every day… A great value for the money (which was discounted for the participants of the conference...)
if only the hotel was closer to a metro station the place would have been perfect.

Nowadays I always stay here when I have business in Brussels. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly, rooms are good and spacious and, most of all, they are very quiet, which is not easy to find in Brussels even at much higher cost. You can have a decent night's sleep here.

Sofitel Europe is a nice modern and stylish business hotel right in the middle of the EU quarter. Friendly staff and very helpful concierges, large comfortable rooms with nice views and great beds and all the facilities you can expect in an international chain.
Breakfast is excellent, the small restaurant is nice in an international businessmen friendly way with international cuisine and very attentive service and the bar is exactly the same.
The hotel has a small exercise room and a large conference centre.
Location is perfect for EU business but relatively far (for Bruxelles standards) from the main tourist attractions in the city centre.
As a lot of similar properties the hotel is slightly bland and maybe a bit soulless, but they do their job very well
