This hotel has some pros and some cons.
On one hand, it is perfectly located close to the "Grand Place", the crew is very kind and helpful. On the other hand, on some points it appears not really professionnal. I had to wait 15mn when leaving for the credit card machine that didn't work. There was no more soap in the distributor in the shower. There was only one blanket and it was really cold the first night, and on top of that, it was really noisy. The breakfast is poor: no fresh bread, no toaster,...
However, this is rather cheap for the location, and the crew is helpful if you ask for something...

The hotel has a great location, just around the corner from the Central square. The room was rather small, but clean. It was possible to find small disadvantages still: broken balcony door, cigarette ends in the flowerpot on the balcony, noisy neighborhood. There is a pub/restaurant on the ground floor, so people have fun till midnight. After all we were rather satisfied with everything, since after a busy tourist day in Brussels you don't pay attention to those small drawbacks.
We would definitely stay there again! Good value for money spent.

I was looking for an hotel near the Central Station, and not too expensive. This one is the best match, and that explains why it is always fully booked. It was very quiet but well the room is far from being fancy and breakfast is a joke, I never experienced that, even in the chepest youth hostels. Still a free and good wifi connection, and that was a priority for me. Very nice working people there also.
So clearly a budget choice for this area.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brussels, literally a minutes walk from centraal station and round the corner from the grand place! Also it's a bargain for such a central location! However, the rooms are rather small and it's very loud! The balcony doors do not shut properly so whilst having a lovely view of the square outside it's a bit chilly in the room and there is lots of outside noise. The Walls are also very thin as you can hear lots of ppl around you in their rooms and coming up the stairs. Noise doesn't bother some ppl ( I rely on my trusty earplugs - they are needed) so if you are one of those then perfect bargain hotel. The breakfast isn't much, usual croissants etc. Staff on desk seem fairly nice and friendly. Overall I rate the location highly, it's fairly clean if not a tad basic the only letdown is the noise levels!
