If you are after proximity to Schumann European Union's quarter this will be an excellent location. It's like a small studio home with everything except laundry appliances.
In about 3 mins walk you have Delhaize supermarket to provide all your breakfast need, and the flat is equipped with toaster, fridge, microwave, everthing. As long as you are not preparing a 3 course dinner with lobster I'm sure it is sufficient :)
One drawback it's the location being a bit away from the City - so in the evening it takes a 20 mins walk to go back and forth to Grand Place area - but the metro is only next door if you don't want to talk.
I will estimate the rooms to have about 40 - 50 M2. So a rather large size for a room (normally around 25-30) in Brussels.

I stayed for only 1 night in this hotel, but probably will return. The hotel is in a 5 minute walking distance from the EU buildings, and it is in a very quiet small street. Very friendly and caring staff, spotless and large rooms (or rather apartman) waited for me. Internet was available, very well equipped kitchen and good (not so pricey) selection in the minibar, too.
The breakfast was a nice touch as it is served in the room on request (and timely) - the hotel has no seperate restaurant.
So all in all, it is a good value for money.

Great apartment for one to as many nights as you want. Very convenient for Euro institutions.
Very clean, spacious and stylish. Massive rooms. Kitchen has all the facilities you need (no oven but a micro/grill).
A nice place to stay and a pleasant change from a 'chain' hotel.
I had no problems with access - yoour room 'key' also works the main front door.
Friendly staff/owner.
Recommended.
