I booked this hotel through Expedia just because I got a great rate on it. For a group of two couples staying in two bedrooms, your options are limited, so I was just happy to get anything matching that description on such short notice. We were apprehensive at the checkin because the desk was so unassuming, but we were we all really pleased when we entered the room itself. It was very large, probably one of the larger hotel rooms we got during our European trip, and it had two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen, which was an unexpected treat. The living room was large, and we could have easily slept two more people if needed there. There was also an accessible balcony, and the apartment was very clean and well-lit.

The only problems we did have were due to some street noise, but this was during the world cup, so I would imagine that every hotel had these problems around that time.

I booked this hotel as on the web it was mentioned to have a free access to the jacuzzi, to my surprise seemed that no one heard about jacuzzi there! And the concierge was also upset for me asking for it for the price that I paid!
Furthermore the window in the room did not close properly leaving easy to open from ouside....

Globally good. Ask for a refurbished flat, they are almost perfect. The other ones need a refurbishment, unfortunately!

Having been to Brussels twice before I can say that this is the only place to stay. Location, comfort, service, facilities, rooms. the only difference from a hotel is that you don't have anyone coming in daily to clean. in such a large space, how much of a mess can you make? a separate bedroom with full bath and a second 'guest' WC and large living room with full kitchen annex (an oven? a dishwasher? iron and board? toaster? you live here! the balcony overlooked a small park and other residential buildings, you truly feel as tho you are living there and not just being accomodated. service excellent and I put them to the test several times. did not try the free gym but the internet was excellent - 10 euro for 24 hrs. for a business traveller it was most comfortable but also for anyone else I imagine since the location is not only just about at the EU center but within decent walking distance to all the sites and museums. it is just about on the airport city bus line as well - Plac Luxembourg and there is a small grocery on 'your side' of this Plac to stock your kitchen. incredibly quiet, calm, comfortable, safe,not the cheapest, yet good value, service helpful and polite...in fact a perfect representation of Brussels itself.
