This hotel is located in the heart of Brussels. It is a short walk from the Brussel Centraal Station. The tourist info centre is just opposite. The Grote Markt or Grand Palace is just one lane away and shops are within walking distance. The room was small but okay for 2, the bathroom in contrast was spacious (unlike most European hotels). But overall, the room was clean. No issue with the size of room as we were out most of the day.

Staff at the reception spoke good English and were helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I am unable to comment. Price paid was reasonable for the location. Definitely value for money. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The best thing about this hotel is the great location right in the centre of Brussels. The room was OK but the decor was a bit dated and it had the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room with no English speaking channels. Bed wasn't great either. For me travelling alone it was fine for one night but not somewhere I would have taken my girlfriend. I have stayed in other hotels in the centre of Brussels which were much more pleasant.

I booked this hotel for 45GBP on hotels.com at the last minute, but I would have been unhappy to pay anymore.

In a relatively expensive city this is a great value hotel. The main perk is its central location. It was within walking distance from the Gare Centrale terminal. The hotel is right next to the Grand Place which is the hot tourist location in Brussels filled with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops.

From this hotel you can easily walk to the Galeries St. Hubert and the overrated Manneken Pis statue.

The staff was helpful for me. They answered any questions I had without a problem. The rooms were the largest I saw during my Europe trip with a huge bathroom.

I travel a lot, and frequently stay in hotels all over the world, but this is the worst I've ever experienced.

The staff were rude. At one point we wanted to leave, but you have to leave your key at reception, yet there was no one to be found.... the receptionist was having a shouting argument with another guest about internet access around the corner. By this time 3 more guests had arrived, and had to wait for it to finish before we could leave.

9am Saturday morning housekeeping came into the room and woke us up (not unusual for a hotel in fairness), but then proceeded to clean and vacumn outside the room.. and when they moved to the room next door, the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything.

There is more staff issues, but you get the point.

Luckily Brussels is a wonderful city and makes up for this hotel, but I'd avoid staying here at all costs!!

There are many other hotels in the center of Brussels (it's not that big, so although they may look far on the map, they are probably closeby!)
