I have relied on TripAdvisor reviews for many hotels but this is the first for which I feel compelled to write a review. While the hotel might not suit all tastes, I found the staff extremely helpful, the room comfortable and the location outstanding. As a solo woman traveller I felt quite safe in and around the hotel. I had a special request with respect to timing, and not only was it accommodated graciously, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic value on week-end, very central, very friendly, outstanding breakfast

"Manos Stephanie" is indisputably a classy hotel in a very convenient location: In the centre of Brussels very close to the famous Avenue Louise, 5 min. away from metro station (Louise) and, if you enjoy walking, you can reach Grand Place in half an hour on foot enjoying sightseing and window shopping in the meanwhile. It is well maintained (the plumbing is not leaking, if you know what I mean!) and decorated with antiques' copies.
The rooms facing the street may have some disturbing noise especially when you desire to oversleep in the morning: Sirens of ambulances and police cars often sound.
As in all boutique hotels, when many guests/ visitors come simultaneously to the reception, you have to wait long enough to be served. The reception clerks, however, are very helpful and proffesional.
The breakfast is of a very good quality and the pastries were really delicious (the mille- feuille was one of the very best I 've ever tasted). It is served till 11 o'clock , which is very convenient especially when you want to combine business and pleasure.
The only basic problem with this hotel is its high price around 300 euros per night/room. I would recommend that you follow its offers (so I did) or make a deal (through an agent) because it is definately worthwhile staying there!

Well located, with parking possibilities, free internet, very good breakfast and incredible prices over the week end, what can you ask more ?
