The hotel is close to UCL, airport and companies near Woluwe. That's it.

For the rest: avoid. Really bad shower. Breakfast is really bad. Carpets with stains. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Overall, this hotel needs refurbishing.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but this is not the problem as if you book here is probably because it's near the airport or because you've to go to the Clininiques Univeritaire St Luc which are immediately behind of the hotel.
The problem is that the hotel is like reserved to Asian airlines, they have fixed contracts and then the hotel staff don't pay to much attention to other guests.
When you go to the reception in the morning and ask where is the breakfast room you may get answers like "it's outside sir...." which helps you to understand how high is the attention of the personnel to the hotel's guest.
So, the only reason to chose this hotel is if you need to be near this location, otherwise better to go in anothetr place, maybe in the city center.

Close to the airport and with a free shuttle bus/van easy to reach from there. 5 min walk to the Alma metro station so rather easy to get to the city center from here but most convenient, of course, if your business is at the campus.

Rather friendly staff.

Spacious room with spacious bathroom. Quiet surroundings but rather thin walls.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices from fresh fruits to boiled potatoes(!) and selections of cereals to bacon and eggs.

Restaurant ok though nothing really special. Closed early and as we arrived late, had to in the bar (quite nice) where the only choice was (supermarket) pizza...

Tv, minibar, water kettle (cups were not always cleaned properly) + coffee/tea/sugar, free wifi.

Depending on the price you get, probably a good choice.

Unreliable staff. Poor service. Reception not knowledgeable. Lousy breakfast with fruit salad that was supposed to be fresh but that was in fact not. Waiters that are not helpful. Guests who don't know how to behave. All of the items in a hotel with expensive prices. In conclusion: Not recommendable. Select a different hotel in Brussels, if you can.
