Excellent looking hotel and was very comfortable, etc. the only major downside was that despite being advertised as open to 0100 the bar was closed by 0015! I was refused service because the bar man was cashing up. The rest of the facilities seemed ver good but i was unable to test most of them as I only stayed the one night.

New and very modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and well furnished.

Great hotel and staff. I've really enjoyed staying there during my trip in Brussels for a conference. Great location, cleanliness, service, location, rooms: nothing to say or suggest. It is not cheap, but it's worth it!

Very nice hotel in terms of public spaces, and good location.
Room nicely designed with some really useful features, such as USB power sockets in wall.
However, on a freezing cold day there was no hot water at all in the morning so had to have a cold shower.
I complained at reception when checking out, was told they knew about it and was given a quick apology but no discount on the room or anything for such a fundamental problem.
