4 stars?! Great location but so cold I had to sleep in my clothes. Bathroom literally falling apart (toilet flush coming off the wall). Unfriendly unhelpful staff. Breakfast pretty grim - well cooked scrambled eggs but stone cold!

Reasonable location - close to shops, trains and buses.
Reception staff were helpful; however no tourist information was available apart from a small photocopied map. We arrived before lunch and were allocated a room on street level, the view being the road. There were large fresh stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not clean. Breakfast was sparse - no yoghurt on Sunday - very little choice and no communication whatsoever from staff - not even a greeting. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights in November. My room was large and clean. I must admit that room was sort of tired and in dire need of renovation. Bahtroom was nice with big bath tub but again, could use some fixing.

Water pressure was nice and all the bathroom ameneties were topped up everday.

TV was oldstyle TV, and only few english channels.

Check-in and check out were smooth (although my first keycard did not work) and all the stafff I encountered were polite and helpful.

Location is excellent, short walk to tram and lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

Would I recommend this ? Well....I guess, yes, but next I would try some other hotel in the area, there are many hotels from which to choose from.

We thought it was a good hotel. A bit small and a little falling apart. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The location was great and it was really easy to get to the town centre on foot, it took about 20 minutes but the walk was really pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Although the hotel was good I'm not sure it deserves its 4*.
Also Brussels was REALLY expensive!!!
