I had a problem right from the beginning. My reservation for two nights was a mess. They were not able to understand my requests. The reception desk personell was not helpful at all. Their attitude was patronising. The furniture in the room was worn, the same in the restaurant. The breakfast was under expectations. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is not OK. I would definitely not stay there in the future.

Unfriendly staff at check in who made us wait!!!
King deluxe room which appears to me more a very basic room with a big bed.TV from 1973...
The shower is nice and the concierge made a good restaurant recommendation the one time (s)he was there...
It took us 2 days to find the metro which was usefully below the hotel, but no signs or direction from hotel staff!!!
Just overall, missed the level of expectation we have from a crowne plaza brand. Holiday inn express and it would have been ok.

Cet hôtel est tout d'abord facile d'accès de l'autoroute en voiture, L'hôtel n'a pas son propre parking, mais juste en face de l'entrée il y a un parking intérieur public et un extérieur, donc assez de possibilités de ce côté. Cet hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la grande Place qu'on peut atteindre rapidement par une rue marchande avec plein de boutiques à la mode. La chambre que j'avais était grande, moderne et chaleureuse. Bonne qualité de litterie, armoires nombreuses, télé à écran plat, fer à repasser, air conditionnée et chauffage facile d'utilisation, petite table avec deux chaises assez grande pour manger à la chambre, grande salle de bain avec, peignoirs etc... l'hôtel possède également un bar de style lounge de très belle présentation, un local dans le Hall avec accès à Internet et un restaurant qui sert aussi en room service et dont la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. J'y retournerais assurément au même prix, soit 110 euros par nuit pour deux personnes.

the hotel is like an old man who has lost energy, attractiveness and elegance.
everything looks old, not antique, just old, and even if it works it's not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel right in the center of Bruxelles, close to the Euro Power Palaces...
the hotel is not terrible, breakfast is even good, simply it did not keep up, it would need a refurbishment.
