we stayed there for 3 nights, the location is amazing, at 5 min walk from the grand place!! the rooms are ok and the hotel has some renovation. Our room was very nice and clean. we want to thanks michael the receptionnist who gave us so much good adress. I recommend this hotel

I have stayed here twice, once in April 2010 for Beerfest and another in January 2012. The rooms are the plainest of the plain, so no expectations, but they were clean. The staff is friendly enough and the breakfast is typical. The location is PRIME, only a short walk away to the Grand Place, Delirium, and a metro stop. You couldn't ask for a better location. Downside is the place is very hard to find and driving around that area is ridiculous! I drove the wrong way down a one way street and then on a sidewalk to get to a parking garage, which the hotel does not provide. There is one behind the hotel (a few streets) for 14 Euros a day. Having said all this LADIES BEWARE!!! This area of Brussels is full of predators. They follow you back to your hotel, they are aggressive and frightening. Watch your backs after drinking high alcohol contents of beer!!!

The location was perfect, right in the centre, not far from la Grand Place and other central location of Brussels, a bit difficult to reach with a taxi, but I discovered that it is not too far from the Metro station coming from the Airport.
The hotel was basic but OK. free and very well working WiFi was the best, the rooms were basic but not VERY clean, there was some hair in the toilet and a curl of dust in the bedroom. The room and the toilet were cold, but when I realised I had to turn on the heaters they were OK
The breakfast was also OK, without any particularly broad variety of choices.
The receptionist in the morning was very rude. She was ok at the first question, but at the second question she started to loose her patience. She treated a colleague very badly, because she did not realise my colleague had already checked out the night before. The other receptionist was kinder, although I suspected he did not understand English too much and unfortunately my french is very poor.

Being there on a business trip for one night. Small room in a poor state, decent bathroom, cigarette stench, cold during night. Moreover, none of the 4 plugs worked.
The only positive stuff is the location, pretty near to central station. However, stay away!
