We stayed here in a group for a wedding, on the eve we went to have dinner with about 12 people. The waiter was obviously not interested in serving a large group of foreigners, who were not loud or disrespectful at all. He proceeded to serve us reluctantly with incredible rudeness and even yelled at one person who dared to ask why she didn't get any dessert while everyone else got theirs. The rooms are small for the relatively high price. The reservations service if the front desk is bad - don't reserve by e-mail, because most likely you won't get an answer, even if they did take your reserveation. The hotel manager, when the married couple wanted to book for a group, didn't return their calls for more than a week even after frequent repeated requests and messages. We have never been treated so badly in our lives. One of the guests in the party talked to a person who said he/she was the hotel manager, the married couple who had booked the rooms never heard from them. They live in Waterloo and will never recommend this hotel to anyone again. Go to the Grand Hotel Waterloo instead!
