Aside from its location, this hotel is definitely not worth staying at. We moved rooms twice, and could have gone to a third except we decided it would be more of same. All drains were backed up, bath fixtures came off in our hands, one toilet had a huge rust stain, picture had fallen off the wall and never rehung, water was never hot. I could go on and on. This is the farthest thing from a four-star hotel. Probably worst of all, the sheets didn't stay on the bed, so we woke up in the morning sleeping on a bare mattress! Totally gross. Only positive thing I can say is that the mattress was excellent.

Good and clean hotel. Location is pretty hard to find if without using a map.

The only redeeming attribute of this hotel is its position not far from the centre. It was my first visit to Brussels, so I cannot easily compare to other hotels but the hotel was quite basic, not 4 start standard. Fittings were defective (TV was not working properly, sink leaking to the floor and the bed leg came off when I sat on it). The room was dark even with all the lights on. The noise from the street was quite loud very early in the morning but I did not mind this, others might!
Only good service was the free wifi that worked great. As I paid over 200 Euro a night this was definitely not good value for money (Too many conferences at that time).

I did not have the breakfast or use the bar as these were too expensive too.

We stayed in this hotel one night in order to take in a few sights of Brussels having stayed in Ghent for a friend's wedding. We were somewhat disappointed with the hotel for a 4 star.
The room was adequate, a decent size but there were a few little gripes. The toilet was separate to the beathroom and had no sink so you had to go from one end of the room to the other to wash your hands afterwards. The bed was a double but mae from 2 single matresses which didn't make for the most comfortable nights sleep. There were no tea or coffee making facilites in the room which I would expect fo a hotel of the this calibre. There was a minibar but the items were vastly over-priced. I don't expect drinks / snacks to be cheap but 4.50 EUros for a can of coke?!
Overall this hotel was adequate and was in a reasonable location for exploring Brussels but I would have expected more from the hotel given previous reviews and the rating..
