Breakfast: good quality and plentiful

Room: Enormous - they all are. Very clean. Not dated, but not new. Incredible picture window across whole wall (room 53). High quality linen. Good heating. Aircon too. HD TV. Basic tea and coffee with kettle. Very quiet (high floor but on a side street anyway). No sound leaks from other rooms. Bathroom is clean, but getting tired now.Lowish water pressure on top floor but very hot water. Medium soft bed. Awful cheap foam pillows were a disappointment.

General: staff very smily and helpful. Perfect English, french, flemish and german. High speed wireless for free. No bar, no real lounge space. Located in Louise, a lovely part of the city. Not in the centre, but the trams are quick and cheap and Lousie is where people from the city come to eat and shop anyway. Minibar has only soft drinks and is an outragious €3 per 330ml can. The fridge is big enough for your own drinks though.

Overall: I come here for work and the hotel is walking distance from the MCE centre. Its great value in a city that has lots of very very poor cheap hotels. This place is cheap, but feels much more than that. Aside from the wish to have a bar/lounge on site I see no reason to stay anywhere else.

I invited my brother to see me in Brussels and I booked the studio Residence Agenda for 5 nights.
When we arrived, we found the studio dirty and it smelled very bad.
Dirty means that we found hairs and leftovers of the previous guests and an inacceptable level of cleanness..
We had to clean up everything.
Some days ago I wrote a complaint to the Hotel Agenda; as expected I did not receive any answer.
TO BE AVOIDED.

Stayed there 8-11 december,2011 in room 58. Very friendly helpful people in reception.( they speak good English, French and Spanish) Spacious room with new TV, lots of lighting and real good central heating (radiators). Great place to sleep, no noise from the street and a great big window to wake up to.

Good price with breakfast included. One or two small things which I feel could improve things: the toilet door was impossible to close and the breakfast area is too small.
It's very central, about 7 minitues from Louise metro station and 25 minute walking from Grand Place with lots of intersting shops and tourist attractions on the way.
A great place with nice people, what more could one ask for?

Can not complain about this location whatsoever. Very spacious room for a European hotel. Very large bathroom and has a small kitchenette. Bed was a little solid but still functional and provided for a decent rest. Wifi worked in the room, and not much noise from outside. Room faced street. Decent breakfast and certainly fills one up! Decent lift, just glad they had one.

Located right across from tram 94 stop. 5-10 walk to Louise Metro Station where you can get 1/2/5/6 routes.

Shopping areas near by and brisk walk to Grand Place.

Overall, would stay here again and would recommend to others.
