For the money it seems wrong to be a bit 'OK'. Breakfast is also very poor and mine was extra.

My second stay here and still not disappointed. Friendly and efficient reception staff, clean and comfortable room (but remember to close the window fully to avoid being woken by overnight traffic and revellers) and a satisfactory breakfast.

The hotel is in a side street and a brisk 10 minute walk from the nearest subway station but trams and busses pass within 50 yards. The main throughfare (Avenue Louise) has a large selection of expensive shops during the day, but you will need to travel a bit for restaurants and nightlife.

Would I go back? For a safe, clean and reasonably priced hotel in relatively central Brussels - yes.

I've stayed here about 6 times now and each time has been fantastic. The hotel is just off avenue Louise and has many great things near by. The rooms are very good and the service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is a little pricey. That said, every meal I've had has been excellent.

This is a great hotel.

The hotel is nice clean. The staff was very nice. We had a problem with the heating that did not work it took exactly 2 min and there was a man fixing it. There is no free Internet in the rooms only in the lobby I would expect for the price per night at least free Internet. The noise from the street was very loud
So ask for a room facing the garden we didnot and regrade it. The hotel is about 25 min walk from the city center but there is a trum just across the corner.
