We recently stayed at Hotel Erasme. The room was comfortable and clean but due to the very small window in the room it was constantly dark and needed the light on. Rate was considerably more expensive for Tuesday and Wednesday and a lot cheaper at the end of the week. We were refused tap water with dinner which we felt was strange and petty. Very handy for the metro.

Budget hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, free parking, free wifi (fast and reliable), very good shower, and good location for public transport and road access. Good value compared to other available hotels; got best b&b rate on booking.com.
Hotel is fairly basic - shabby decor and carpets, no a/c, limited breakfast. The empty minibar/fridge in the bedroom was hot not cold! Small room - not enough room between desk and bed to move chair far enough back to sit comfortably.

This hotel's maybe the only advantage for me was free parking and relatively cheap price. Other than this an average hotel outside Brussels. Breakfast is not satisfactory; very limited choices. The sound isolation was definitely bad for my room; I could listen the noise of the passing trucks and trains all night long! If I was not very tired that night, I think I could hardly sleep in my room. So, it was Ok for only one night but I can not think of staying at this hotel any longer.. If I need to give a score: Maximum 5 (out of 10).

Free wifi. Clean refurbished room. Complementary breakfast. Free parking, close to motorway and metro into brussels. Nice Lcd tv in room. Nice bar & restaurant looks nice (did not eat here so cannot comment on food quality). 12 oclock check out. If this is what you are looking for then recommended.
