Scant shuttle service from airport, but located in a quiet business area with the railway station just across (presumably to Brussels). Functional bedrooms, rather spartan, very basic amenities, no free WiFi, slightly worn out look, but decent housekeeping. All in all your run of the mill airport hotel. Good choice of food at breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice available too.
You don't stay at an airport hotel to lounge about and this is all you can expect out of this place.

Stayed at the NH Airport for 4 nights while in Brussels for a business meeting. 10 Euro cab ride from airport (they do offer a shuttle, but I did not utilize). Best feature of this hotel is the train station location which is literally across the street. So, if you find yourself in this area for business (it's adjacent to a large office park), you are still only 15 minutes from Central Brussels. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable with a very large selection. The restaurant has a very limited selection however. It was also very quiet since it is so close to both the airport and the train station - from inside the room I heard neither.

The hotel is ok. Supposed to be mid to upscale and it largely is however the fact that it is approximately 4 miles from the airport and most of the day they do not run a shuttle, makes it very inconvenient.
I had to spend 30 Euros extra to take a taxi from and to the airport and I find it a scam having booked an airport hotel to avoid just that.
The hotel is located in an industrial area that has nothing in walking distance so it is hard to walk to restaurants or other amenities.

My advice.. Look for something better..

Largely OK - check-in and check-out at peak times dismally slow; rooms fine except for these stupid foam pillows on the beds; breakfast OK, location fine; dinner in restaurant way below average for choice, quality, and standard of staff - I really don't recommend eating there. Mini-bar locked - what's that all about? No ethernet cable in room.
