“Loft 10 - Excellent location & Spacious loft”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

I and two friends road-tripped from Stuttgart, Germany to Brussels, Belgium for a long weekend and found this apartment to be QUITE the deal! Originally a group of 4-5, we booked a loft apartment to ensure ample sleeping room for everyone. We were provided two single beds, a double bed, a futon and two couches. Definitely enough space! Full kitchen, two full bathrooms (although, the master bath was more of a bathtub than shower ... and didn't have a shower curtain - so that was interesting. There was a washing machine, but considering our short stay, we didn't use that. There was also a large balcony, which would be excellent for hanging out in the warmer months. The best parts about this place were the proximity to the Grand Place and the security. A simple 5-7 minute walk straight down the street (past Mannekin Pis), and we were there. You don't get this much space for such a great price in such a wonderful location from anyone else!! There was one key which unlocked three doors BEFORE we got to our apartment. The only people who were getting in were those who were supposed to be there - which made me much less nervous to leave my passport and iPad behind while we were out siteseeing.

Minus one point because: The water in the showers was warm at best and the beds/pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

Check-out was 10:30 on the nose, which, after a night at the Delirium Cafe can definitely be tough. The cleaning man was standing outside our door at 10:20 waiting for us. From what the exhaustive list of rules indicated, there would be a €25 charge implemented for anyone checking out AFTER 10:30am ... as our neighbor in Loft 1 was learning the hard way as we were walking out the door.

The rule list was, in my opinion, a little ridiculous, but I can also understand why they go to such lengths to protect their facilities. The loft would have been an EXCELLENT party space ... but alas, "No Parties" was on the rule list. The apartment was beautiful - and I would definitely stay here again with friends or family, and will recommend it to anyone I know travelling to Brussels as well.

I only wish my trip would have lasted longer so I could've had a chance to use the kitchen and enjoy this apartment for a little while longer!!

“Spacious, modern, perfect location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

We were a family of four, with two 9-year-old children, and found this apartment perfect for our needs. It was spacious, furnished in a modern style, with a fully equipped kitchen
and incredibly convenient in terms of location. The Grand Place was 3-4 mins. away, with shopping, restaurants, public transportation all extremely close by. Downsides: no laundry, Internet was slow, some noise from the street and from neighbors, and the view wasn't great. But Brussels is a wonderful city and this was ideal both as a home base for city excursions and just as a place to hang out in the between times.

“BEST Deal I've Found in Europe!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 December 2011

We booked a loft apartment and received over 1500 square feet of supremely modern, clean and spacious accommodations. We had five but could have easily supported eight or more. Took us about 4-6 minutes to walk to the Grand Place. Apartment was behind three different locked doors and was supported by an elevator/lift. The city view from the massive balcony was awesome. Three bathrooms, two bedrooms and two sofa beds made this absolutely worth every penny. Felt like we were stealing because it was such an incredible deal.

Highly recommended to ALL (families, friends, business travelers, etc.), book with confidence and have a full kitchen to make your own food or walk a few minutes to every nation in the world's cuisine.

Room Tip: We stayed at one of the largest apartments available. They were all essentially the same price so I...

“Great location and facilities”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 November 2011

Great apartment, lots of space and good facilities. Far better than any hotel room - and cheaper! Right next to the metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We still have left two days here and i hope they will sort the problems......spending money and having not a good service is not nice.
I will inform all of you how finish this story.....

Thank you for your comment.
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you encountered in our apartment. The circumstances were rather unusual – having believed we had a heating system failure we called a technician to fix the issue, in the meantime it occurred that workers refurbishing the commercial area next door had, for some reason, cut our gas pipe off. As we didn't have access to the place, we learned about it a bit late, and instantly remedied the problem. Since it was a busy period for us and we didn't have any alternative apartments to which relocate our guests from Agora building, we offered our customers various form of compensation. I'm afraid certain things do not depend on us and regardless our efforts cannot be avoided.
