Thought we'd gotten lucky to find a room on a Saturday night without reservations. Then we saw our "room." Dirty, scuffed hard wood floors, ridiculously tiny army cot beds with stained and burned spreads, stuff dripping down the wall under the window, no outside lights on even though we arrived at 9:30pm. Lobby and breakfast the next morning were OK, but no lights at elevator entrances and one hallway was used for furniture storage. I got an 11 euro discount when I checked out and complained, but that's still over $120. This place was just one step up from sleeping in the car.

I was vey surprised that the bedspread on my bed had a old black (oil?) stain very visible in the centre though it looked clean and freshly laundered... Whe I took a shower, I found the sliding door on the shower cubicle had come off its runners. One showered by propping it into place. The shower control handle had lost its plastic cover leaving a dirty recess. The ceiling above the shower had black mold spots. My bed had 3 good legs and one without a castor so it was 2 inches shorter. Judging by the deep scratch marks on the floor around it , it had been missing a while .
Breakfast was reasonable - but a big group arrived after me and some foods ran out. As the group were Asian, they had no common language to ask for more. Eventually a waiter re-stocked but there were so many of them, several had to eat standing up as there were not enough tables.
I was just so surprised that a hotel chain that gives itself the title 'Luxury'' could provide such inadequate accomodation.

They tried to charge me for internet which was specified as free on booking.com

TV did not work internet did not work

On my last night there was a disco in progress with incredibly loud music which I could hear loudly in my room - when I called reception to complain there was no answer.

Please dont stay there

Stay well away from this place, it’s a complete dump, after the first night I awoke to find myself covered it bites from “Bed Bugs” disgusting!!! When I raised the issue with the manager he was so arrogant about the whole thing .. his reaction was “this sort of thing just happens” and expected me to pay the bill... Don’t go anywhere near this place.
