An overnight business stay, from the limited time spent it looked like Mechelen deserved a little more time to look around. Check in could have been better, a telephone call was taken just after I arrived at the desk and I had to wait (rather too long) for this to be dealt with before getting my room. Room was clean, although the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows not good (colleague independently confirmed this opinion). Given the choice I would look elsewhere next time.
