the hotel is acceptable but it is not clean enough and the rooms are small. Actually the price is good and the hotel is not noises and very well located in a safe area and closed to the center.

We called to make a reservation and then sent them an email same day to confirm to confirm, and got a reply saying ´´As I told you´´.

Then a month later we contacted them to shorten the stay by one night, they said they didn´t have any reservation for us and didn´t help us in any way by finding another accommodation or offering discount on another night. Not professional service.

Just back from a 4 night stay.
Good location at the end of tram routes 8 and 12. Homely athmosphere.Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyable breakfast served til 11am. Multi channel flat screen TV in bedroom ( with BBC1 & 2). Very efficient central heating system. Internet works well in Lobby. Free coffee available in lobby. We would definitely stay again.

We stopped in Antwerp for one night during a road trip around Belgium and Lixembourg.
This hotel was a great value, cosy place with really friendly service in a nice area near the court house. The surrounding locailty of t'Zuid is a really cool up and coming place with plenty of bars & restaurants. The main town squares are about 1km away but the walk there is a nice one.
There is street car parking at reasonable prices outside the hotel or they have a private garage guests can use. The hotel is very secure as entry is via fingerprint not keys! Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful.
Unfortunately the decor could do with an update and it was very warm in our room, so air conditioning would have been welcomed.
